Policies

The Dansarari Group, of which dcc is part, is committed to a total quality management approach, as demonstrated by enshrining quality control at Board level, and to attaining international accreditation in its operational processes and procedures.

Two major examples of our mission critical policies are Quality Control, and Health & Safety.

Quality Control Policy:

Our Quality Policy is to achieve sustained, profitable growth by providing services that consistently satisfy the needs and expectations of its Clients. This level of quality is achieved through adoption of a system of procedures that reflect the competence of the Company to existing Clients, potential Clients, and independent auditing authorities.

Achievement of this policy involves all staff, who are individually responsible for the quality of their work, resulting in a continually improving working environment for all. This policy is provided and explained to each employee by the Managing Director. To achieve and maintain the required level of assurance, the Managing Director retains responsibility for the Quality System.

The objectives of the Quality Assurance System are:

• To maintain an effective Quality Assurance System in order to comply with International Standard IS09001 (Quality Systems)

• To achieve and maintain a level of quality which enhances the Company's reputation with Clients

• To ensure compliance with relevant statutory and safety requirements

• To endeavour, at all times, to maximise Client satisfaction with the services provided by Dansarari International.

Health and Safety Policy:

Our Policy is to achieve sustained, profitable growth by providing services which consistently satisfy the needs and expectations of its Clients in a safe and effective manner, having due regard to all personnel involved. This level of safety is achieved through adoption of a system of procedures that reflect the competence of the Company to existing Clients, potential Clients, and independent auditing authorities.

Achievement of this policy involves all staff, who are individually responsible for the safety of their work, resulting in a continually improving working environment for all. This policy is provided and explained to each employee by the Managing Director or Director of Project Development. To achieve and maintain the required level of assurance the Managing Director retains responsibility for the Health & Safety System with routine operation controlled by the Director of Project Development.

The objectives of the Health & Safety System are:

• To maintain an effective Health & Safety System in order to comply with international     standards

• To achieve and maintain a level of safety which enhances the Company's reputation with  Clients

• To ensure compliance with relevant statutory and safety requirements

• To endeavour, at all times, to maximise Client satisfaction with the services provided by  Dansarari International.
